Goring and Woodcote Medical Practice PPG and the Oxfordshire Clinical Commissioning Group (OCCG) are strongly supporting the PPG Awareness Week.

There is a press release on the OCCG website.  Jeremy Hutchins, PPG member, is doing a TV interview for BBC South Today on 3 June together with the Practice Partner who is the PPG clinical focus.  They hope to be describing how the PPG and practice function together and the benefits that this has brought to patients and the Practice.

Wallingbrook PPG in Devon has arranged a week of Healthy Living activities with local sports clubs and organisations, offering free taster sessions to new participants. These have been circulated to local schools and leafleted door-to door. Local media has been approached.

There is a photographic display of these activities and an MOT Bay in the waiting room so that patients can self monitor themselves.
