Get involved in PPG Awareness week: 31 May – 6 June 2021
Patient Participation Group Awareness Week is fast approaching – let’s work together to share the critical role PPGs play within primary care.
This is our chance to shine a light on your PPG, let your community know the impact you are having, look to recruit new members and diversify our groups. What is more, the past year saw many PPGs adapt, innovate and connect in a way that has never been seen before – let’s share these experiences by getting involved in the following ways:
- Share your story with us – please send 200-300 words to admin@napp.org.uk by 28 May, specifying your approval for N.A.P.P. to edit as required and use on its communication channels to promote PPGs.
- Connect with fellow members – Share the experiences, learnings and insights you have encountered throughout the pandemic with other PPG members on VeryConnect throughout the week of 31 May-6 June.
- Join the conversation – follow us, comment and share our posts on Facebook and Twitter, using the hashtag #PPGpromotion and #PPGawarenessweek to promote PPGs and the work you are doing.
By coming together on our various communication channels throughout PPG Awareness Week we will amplify the work we are all doing, which is to ensure the patient voice remains at the heart of local, regional and national decision making.
