Have your say – survey on patient policy priorities and resources
N.A.P.P.’s role is centred around listening to the concerns of patients, understanding the issues they are facing within primary care and escalating this to ensure the patient voice remains at the heart of local, regional and national decision making. As such, we have developed a short survey to gather feedback from our members and the public to understand the most important policy priorities impacting patients in primary care.
In general, there are a number of policy areas that continue to be increasingly important to patients – from empowerment in local decision making, to access and type of appointments.
However, given the pandemic, and the changes this inflicted upon our primary care system – such as a reduction in GP consultations and a rise in digital appointments – we want to hear directly from you to understand which areas you are most concerned with.
Members are also encouraged to feedback on which new resources they would value most to enable them to run effective Patient Participation Groups.
Thank you in advance for taking the time to participate – we value your feedback and look forward to progressing the most important issues on your behalf. If you are not yet a N.A.P.P. Member and would like more information, please contact us.
